As a charity we are solely funded by donations and therefore, we rely on your support. Every member of the society works on a voluntary basis, and therefore, in contrast to many other organisations, every Euro will be used for our projects..

How we will use your donation

The underlying idea of our work is the fact that in German universities, the area of animal ethics
receives much less attention than would be appropriate in an international comparison.
For this reason, we want provide a stimulus for research not only at the University of Heidelberg
but also at a German level, and we also hope to get students and the general public interested
in this area. By supporting us financially, you help us further these aims.

More to the points, we will use your money for
- providing funds for talks within the whole of Germany on animal ethics
- publishing specialist and general audience books and brochures on animal ethics
- advertising our projects on flyers and posters, in the press and in other media
- extending and maintaining our websites
- other expenses such as postage
